The room bursts with color--bright tiles, warm lights, and the quiet hum of conversation--while the air carries the mouth-watering perfume of grilled carne asada, roasted chiles, fresh cilantro, and warm tortillas. Before you even sit down, Martinsville, you know something delicious is 'bout to go down.
Then the chips arrive and salsa with such a dynamic taste one bite wakes up the whole palate; it's almost impossible to stop reaching for "just one more."
When the main dishes land on the table, it's like a parade of color and aroma. Plates spill over with bold and beautiful balance.
And the guacamole--oh, the guacamole. Avocado whipped with bright lime, fresh cilantro, and just enough salt to make the flavors sing. It tastes alive.
